Analysing the problem: factors of demotivation for Ukrainians to work in Switzerland

The ‘Ukraine Schweiz Bern’ Association, as part of its project on employment of Ukrainians in Switzerland, recorded a video about the factors of demotivation in job searching.

Svitlana Manzer, Head of Integration and Educational Projects, spoke about directions to move in to achieve success. The project is co-funded by the Women’s Association ‘Zonta Bern’ and the Reformed Church of Bern-Jura-Solothurn.
