Celebrating the resilience of a women’s club in Thun

The team, which regularly organizes sessions on psychological support, information exchange, yoga classes, and more, celebrated its first year of activities.

The ‘Resilience’ Club of the Ukraine Switzerland Bern Association is a community of like-minded women where participants can find support, learn to manage their emotions, find answers to pressing questions, boost self-esteem and confidence, work on personal growth, form a conscious life position, and integrate into their community. Club members meet weekly and organize meetings with experienced psychologists, creative workshops, seminars, and transformative psychological games.
