The project is implemented to facilitate employment among Ukrainian women with status S in the Canton of Bern.
It is done by information dissemination through the Telegram channel @usbrobotaproduction of awareness-building videos, webinars, networking and building synergies with potential employers (experiencing workforce shortages in areas such as care) and other agencies and projects that support women on their way from social assistance to employment.
The project maintains a database of women looking for jobs.
