USB expands its circle: new participants – new opportunities

The USB Association continues its development, opening its doors to new members who share our mission and vision – to create a space in which migrants have equal opportunities to realize their potential, adopting the Swiss experience and implementing it in their own communities. We are convinced that migrants do not need help – they are looking for conditions for development. This is the idea behind the new phase of USB’s activities.

The Association recently hosted a special event—a warm, lively, and truly inspiring meeting of new members. The format was more like a friendly party with elements of an informal presentation than a formal event.

The event brought together experts from various fields — culture, education, technology, and the public sector. The open exchange of ideas laid the foundation for future interaction.
New participants have a clear understanding of their own contribution to the community: they are people with initiative, professional skills, and motivation to work together.

“We strive to create a space where everyone feels valuable. That is why we are not limited to official frameworks. We want to see the person, their enthusiasm, their true interest,” said Olena Krylova, head of the USB Association.

USB remains open to new contacts and partnerships. Anyone who shares our mission can join. Collaboration, exchange of experience, new ideas are what shape the sustainable development of both the organization and the entire community.

We welcome new members and thank everyone who is involved in transforming the space for migrants in Switzerland.
