Raising awareness: “Language as a bridge between cultures”

New article for Journal B from the media coordinator of the Association “Ukraine Switzerland Bern”, Ukrainian journalist Svitlana Prokopchuk: “Language as a bridge between cultures”

The University of Bern has been offering a Ukrainian language course for over 2 years. It is taught by linguist Natalia Kovtun, with a focus on the culture, literature, and history of Ukraine.

Bern libraries also support:

• books in Ukrainian — freely available

• the project “Open to All” – anyone can borrow
