To create effective opportunities for the accelerated integration of forced migrants. We act together to uphold social justice, sustainable development, and international solidarity.

USB is a non-profit organization based on accountability, transparency, and active participation. We support migrants, open opportunities, accelerate integration, and develop cultural diversity.
Board
Determines the strategic direction of the organization and ensures our activities align with our mission. The board includes experts with international experience and is re-elected annually.
USB Team
These are the people who keep the organization running daily: we launch your projects, coordinate processes, and support communities.
What We Do
Integration Accelerator
We expand opportunities for migrants by developing their potential through training and supporting their initiatives and projects to accelerate integration and promote full participation in public life.
Public Media Platform
We amplify the voices of migrants by creating a space for exchanging experiences and intercultural dialogue. Through media initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships with Journal-B and Radio RaBe, we shape public opinion and foster intercultural understanding.
Dialogue “Non-Governmental Organization – State”
We provide expert support and promote evidence-based dialogue to improve migrant integration in Switzerland, working with other NGOs, community and state structures, as well as international organizations.
International Cooperation
We promote sustainable development through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and innovations between Switzerland and migrants’ countries of origin, in partnership with professional communities, municipalities, and organizations.

Youth Council
Develops the U.integration platform — a space for ideas, self-expression, and youth activities.
