USB is strategised

At the ‘Ukraine Switzerland Bern’ Association, a strategic session was held where the team not only planned future work but also created a strategy aligned with the mission each participant ‘brings’ to the joint effort.

The Association outlined three directions on which the team will focus. The session was conducted by Olesia Arkhipova, who received immediate feedback from the team:

Olena Krylova: Olena Krylova: ‘This was an amazing experience – going through this strategic planning facilitated by Olesia. She managed to guide us through one day of understanding many important questions: What do we do as an organization? Why do we do it? Who are our clients and how do we serve them? What is our vision for the future, our strategy, and our criteria for successful activities? It was a challenging process for each of us equally, but it forced us all to choose the directions we think are most important to focus on and allowed us to create a shared sense of purpose.’

Svitlana Manzer: Svitlana Manzer: ‘I joined the strategic session and was impressed by the experience and charismatic facilitation style of Olesia Arkhipova. This event was very timely, as USB activities require reassessment. However, it was necessary to figure out why we continue to stay with this team, like a magnet. Olesia helped clarify the process, and thanks to the shared sessions with transparency in all topics among all sides, we were able to provide constructive feedback for solving the overall project concept.’
