Involving Ukrainians in Scouts in Switzerland

On January 13, 2024, a scout meeting for Ukrainians will take place. The introduction of Ukrainians to the Swiss scouting movement is organized by the ‘Ukraine Switzerland Bern’ Association.

The scouting movement welcomes everyone, regardless of origin, cultural, or religious background. This is why the scouting movement has over 51,000 members and is the largest association for children and youth in Switzerland. At the same time, the Swiss scouting movement is part of the international scouting movement, involving 60 million participants in 170 countries.

Scouts offer unique group activities, unforgettable days at camps in nature, and adventurous events on Saturdays or other weekends. Scouts foster lifelong friendships and teach responsibility for oneself and others. The meeting will take place from 14:00 to 17:00 at the Scout Center Encenbol, located at Winkelweg 20, 3645 Gwatt (Thun).
